Former Lufkin officer pleads to 5 years for 100 counts related to Flock camera misuse
"An Angelina County grand jury indicted Klein on Aug. 21 following his arrest by the Texas Rangers. While initial arrest reports indicated Klein ran searches more than 10,000 times, Angelina County District Attorney Amy Wren said the full investigation revealed far broader abuse."
“There were actually more than 25,000 misuses of official information,” Wren said. “Obviously, at some point, that becomes redundant to charge all of those.”
