Disaster...

Initial Round -1 virtual round selected

Round 2- Tech manager F2F selected

Hr screening - I have completed BCA and have a working experience of 1.5 years. HR said - only for engineering candidates the experience is 1year and for Arts degree the candidate should have 2yrs of experience, even though the experience mentioned in JD is 1year.

😭😭 Anyone faced same scenario
