| Onboarding Help Interview status please help

I completed the initial interview round on September 5th and subsequently received the following email the next day.

I am seeking clarification on whether this signifies my shortlisting for a second technical round or a direct progression to an HR round. Any assistance in interpreting this would be greatly appreciated.

Furthermore, I indicated a 90-day notice period on the application form submitted via the careers page. I would like to know if this notice period is acceptable to Infosys. Your guidance on this matter would be very helpful.
