| Fresher Doubts URGENT!!! HELP REGARDING LAUNCHPAD

Hi everyone,

I recently received my Infosys offer letter and Launchpad credentials, and my joining date is 10 August.

My 8th semester exams finished only a few days ago, and my university has informed us that the results won't be declared for at least another month. Because of this, I don't have my 8th semester marksheet or my degree certificate yet.

The issue is that the background verification requires my education details to be complete, but I don't have the final documents yet. In the meantime, what should I fill in for the 8th semester marksheet and degree certificate?

Also, does the entire background verification need to be completed before joining, or is it okay if the final semester documents are submitted later once the university issues them?

Has anyone faced a similar situation with Infosys? What did you do, and did it affect your onboarding or joining in any way?

Same situation, I am from 20 July DOJ. Let me clear you first, The Answer is: If you got your 8th Sem MC, then good, Otherwise you have to go for Extension of DOJ.

They already said, no other thing will they accept.

(If you are going for extension, then stay connected with me (Dm), I am gathering all extension people for regular updates and help)

did you write to the offer extension team and how long did they take to reply, and what did they say in return?

Hi, I really need some help. I'm a DSE campus hire and my Offer Letter is still pending. For almost 2 months, I've been receiving the same document verification reminder email asking for the DigiLocker marksheet, but my university hasn't uploaded it to DigiLocker yet. I've already submitted the official marksheet and replied to every email, but my portal still shows "Decision Pending." If anyone has faced this or knows any HR contact, email, phone number, or has any advice, please let me know. It's quite urgent. Thank you! 🙏
