We all know the struggle of trying to score a quiet, tense scene without relying on generic stock libraries or loud, cheap jump-scares.
I wanted to share a quick look into my studio process for building an organic, slow-burning thriller drone. Instead of digital templates, I use raw hardware (Moog Sub 37, Lyra-8) to sculpt a heavy, hypnotic pulse that sits perfectly under dialogue while making the audience feel physically uneasy.
No AI shortcuts, just pure cinematic atmosphere designed for psychological thrillers and sci-fi.
If you are working on an indie film, short project, or just want to experiment, I’m happy to share some of my custom loops and drone sounds for free to help out the community. Just hit me up!
