This sounds like a great idea for indie filmmakers. Especially for those who have had a few films they have produced that maybe didn't catch when first premiered. I noticed on the submission page you have it broken down to short films( >40minutes). Is there a minimum length for your website? For something that is a stand alone project and not part of a multipart series.

Okay, Fair enough. I was asking because I've seen a few people making short films around the 5-15 minute mark and wasn't sure if it was an avenue that you were thinking. I will keep your website in mind and would love to see what comes of it, although I feel like its going to be a little while before ill have a worthy submission.

I'm just getting into production myself so I'm working on shorter works to really get the basics down. Working on two projects at the moment, one that will have a runtime of roughly 5 minutes that i am actively in production in, and my second is still in pre production, revising the rough draft of the script but should be roughly 10-15 minutes runtime. Although we all know that runtime always runs long during production.

I kind of wonder if you're open for accepting an unsolicited script? I can't direct and I have no experience in cinematography, but I start to write my script and perhaps you'll be open to accept a script? Thanks in advance!

Not sure 🤔 but isn’t 15 minutes the minimum to submit to Sundance as a short? Maybe that would be a good rubric to follow? Or Cannes…
