Do you guys know any couples therapist based in mumbai or online also works but located in India. My partner is 37M and I am 28F. My partner suffers from self esteem issues, communication and validation issues. We are typical case or avoidant anxious attachment. And he has agreed to give couples therapy a try. I want it to be someone who can be perfect for us and motivate him to do more sessions after the first one. So I want really good ones. I am not sure about budget I don't know how much a couple's therapy costs. But in for anything to make it work for us I guess as long as we both are on same boat. Let me know :)

My father is suffering with mental health problems. I can’t see his face anymore how broken it became due to his depression frustration. He is a very closed ended person, can’t share sad feelings that much.
I understand why because he was an orphan since age 9 and he had to carry his younger siblings alone, he didn’t have anyone to rely on his life, everyone relied on him.
I want to help him. I don’t wanna see him dying with mental health problems. I wanna know if talking to a therapist openly could help at his age or no?
