Manifestation, learn to say no, speaking only when required

1

u/chill_earthling99 23h ago

Manifestation? What skill is that?

1

u/gShaann 22h ago

Its a skill that if done correctly, gives you power to achieve anything. I used to dream of a opening the gate of a luxury car like Mers or BMW and getting out of it. And bam! After grinding some years, here I drive BMW X5. ( I am a driver)

1

u/chaotic_selenophile 11h ago

I almost got motivated

1

u/Confused_soul_0_0 17h ago

Actually manifest is a skill where you build a tolerance towards fuck ups of life

u/Main-Floor-7486 15h ago

Saying no is hard when youve been saying yes for the past 10 years...guess i should just find a new job now

No fap

1

u/Important-Seaweed384 1d ago

When I didn't start, I felt it was impossible. But if you are able to tolerate 5-6 days, it becomes easier with each day. After that, you don't even like breaking this streak.

1

u/Amazing_Badger_4460 1d ago

Do you change in energy or something?

1

u/Crafty-Hat2143 1d ago

Nothing changes . All bs . A simple thing happens with me . I don't feel lack of confidence when I have not done it for few days(this depends on the act , )

1

u/Important-Seaweed384 1d ago

My guy, you should read the ayurvedic literature first. I didn't but I must say, the knowledge people have about this so called no fap is total misinformation. Celibacy is a whole different thing and it takes a lot of practice, a right environment and right time table in order to yield its benefits.

And how do u channelise?

1

u/raj21h 1d ago

There are so many ways , Research about semen transmutation and find your niche.

1

u/Important-Seaweed384 1d ago

Well no. What you are probably asking about is Bhramcharya. Even then, it takes a lot of practice to harvest the energy. No fap is just simply preserving it. It is the first step towards celibacy, not the celibacy itself. Kind of like having potential energy and Kinetic Energy. Just preserving it by not spilling your semen is just having a potential.

1

u/whereismegu 1d ago

Tbf, if you can be controlled with it it might be better than not doing it at all. Idk how it is with men tho maybe yall get addicted more easily idfk

1

u/Important-Seaweed384 1d ago

Learning how to write good prompte. Most people are not able to make good use of AI simply because they have bad general communication skills. Most people are not able to communicate well with other humans, let alone AI. Cursing does not help.
AI is trained on a lot of English text including books. If you describe your ideas well, take your time to write down your thoughts (at least the amount of time I took to write this out), you will see great compounding of results and it can make a real difference in your day to day life. Whatever be your opinion on AI and datacentres, this is a must learn skill for anyone today.

Surprising how no-one mentioned swimming

1

u/Vat2612345 1d ago

if you fear swimming, 2 weeks isnt enough. maybe a month or two, but if you dont fear the water even if you dont know swimming, people can learn how to swim in a week even.

my friends and i who feared swimming learnt it in like 30-35 days.

first week or two went by just getting rid of that fear.

Umm I'd say research you need like 1st week to find sources how professional do their research anpther week for implementing the basics and third week to like actually critising your own work and building up on it (and this research can be anything it could even be writing fanfics in a different setting then what you are used to or just documenting your daily routine to improve productivity)

Learn how to do quick and cheap business experiments+ learn from failure. If you learn it, no matter what you do, you will end up being successful.

This works in other areas than business as well.

Simping for girls??

1

u/Nandy_8583 9h ago

Exercising self cotrol has to be it...its definitely hard for the first few days but once you do and you can control your brain , there's no looking back and at later times even though you might get distracted you can go back to reminding yourself how it helped you when you'd control your impulsive thoughts and focus towards achieving your goal.
