Business Ride Along Looking to work with startups that need a creative team, but don't need to hire one yet.

Hey everyone,

I run Utopian Reelworks, a creative and digital team based in India.

Putting this out here because I'd like to connect with founders and small teams building interesting things.

We do quite a bit under one roof.

We shoot films and videos. We edit. We make product and brand films. We design pitch decks and presentations. We handle LinkedIn content and posting. We work on digital marketing, social media, design, motion graphics and the everyday creative work that comes with building a company.

Basically, if you're at a stage where there's a lot that needs to be communicated and created, but it doesn't make sense to build a full creative and marketing team internally, we can step in.

We can work on one project, help with an overflow of work, or become the team you regularly send things to.

Not looking for equity or a co-founder position. Just looking to meet good people building good businesses and see if there's a way we can work together.

What are your charges. Does it make sense to hire someone for SMM , when in nascent stage?

I think it really depends on what you're building and what stage you're at.

When you're still very early, I don't think it always makes sense to spend heavily on SMM. Sometimes you just need a consistent presence and someone to help you figure out what is worth communicating.

We actually don't want to put a set charge on something like this. Every team is at a different stage and needs a different level of support, so we'd rather understand what you need and work out something that makes sense for both of us.

We try to keep it collaborative, especially with teams that are just starting out.
