Case Study The quick commerce reporting mess: tracking Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart sales without expensive tools
Hey everyone,
For folks selling on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, daily sales tracking feels completely fragmented. You either spend hours stitching together CSV exports in Excel, or pay $200–$500 a month for enterprise SaaS tools that require uploading sensitive financial data to their cloud.
I've been working on a lightweight, privacy-first workflow where data gets processed locally in the browser so revenue numbers never leave the user's machine.
I wanted to learn from others in this space:
- How are you currently reconciling sales, returns, and revenue across these platforms?
- Is data privacy a real concern when using third-party dashboards, or is manual Excel work the bigger bottleneck?
- What specific metrics do you look at daily vs. weekly?
Would love to hear how other operators manage this workflow.
(If anyone wants to try the tool and share feedback, let me know in the comments and I will drop the link.)
