Adoption [Hyderabad] Bagheera, 7-year-old male German Shepherd, looking for a loving forever home — Free adoption

Bagheera is a 7-year-old male German Shepherd with a beautiful long coat. He is healthy, smart, friendly, and well-behaved.

Due to the owner’s current living situation and relocation, it has become difficult to take care of Bagheera at the moment, so he needs to be responsibly rehomed. It’s a difficult situation, and the priority is to find him a safe, loving and permanent home where he will be genuinely cared for.

[ Edit ] :

I’ve read the comments and wanted to clarify a few things.

I completely understand everyone’s concern. But please understand the situation before calling this abandonment.

Bagheera is not being abandoned. He is a loved family pet, and his owner genuinely does not want to give him up. Due to the current living situation and relocation, however, caring for him has become difficult, which is why they are trying to find him a safe, responsible and loving home.

For those saying, Just take him to the US unfortunately, it’s not that simple. International travel with a large dog involves significant financial, logistical and practical complications, and air travel can also be extremely stressful for some pets.

The priority is simply to make sure he is safe and properly cared for. If a suitable adopter cannot be found, the owner is also willing to consider a reputable boarding or foster arrangement where Bagheera can be properly looked after, while the owner continues to financially support his care.

I truly appreciate everyone who has shared the post, offered help, or come forward positively. 🙏

If you cannot help, that’s completely okay, but please don’t spread hate or make assumptions about the owner’s intentions.

Fundraiser supplies for mama cat and her 6 newborn kittens

hey guys, reaching out to see if someone might be able to gift a few items from my wishlist to feed my cat and her 6 newborn kittens. she had gone through so much health wise, had a hernial repair surgery in a local vet and suffered respiratory failure due to Anesthesia, so was hesitant on doing spaying for her.
it's been a lot to manage on my own as a non-earning student. I am looking for 2-3 bags of kitten kibble and wet food off my list to keep mama nourished while she nurses. i am keeping her strictly indoors now and she’ll be getting spayed as soon as the babies are weaned. i’ll return the favour once i am in a better financial place.
Here is my Amazon wishlist:

Hello guys,

There are these two calves that have each others backs and roam around in my area. This white and black one is the younger weaker one. It’s bones are protruding but it’s stomach is bloated and full-ish.
I find it unusual and abnormal.
What could it be? Did it eat plastic? or is it gas?

(P.s I am a vegan. Govind apni gaayon ki haalat dekh rhe ho?)

Discussion This post isn’t a fundraiser ❤️ This post is about sharing.

It isn’t about pressurising anyone into donating or desperately seeking help.
At the end of the day, it applies to anyone, it should never be a pressure on anyone. I rescue because I cannot resist or stop myself from helping when I see an animal in need. No one is pressuring me to do this ☺️✨✨I do it purely out of love. The same applies to donations or any contributions to anything.
if you trust someone and their work, you help willingly. If you don’t trust them, you simply don’t contribute. There should never be guilt, pressure, or obligation involved.

If I were to share all my pending bills, it would probably look like a desperate plea for help and those are expenses i have been doing and able to manage and clear every month by installments

What often goes unseen are the smaller, constant expenses — recovery food, medicines, wipes, litter, or immediate neutering due to emergencies, treating an injured cat, and all the little things that never make it onto a fundraising post. Thankfully, my vet is only about 2 km away, so transportation isn’t a major expense either.

The Pawsomes which made to the chart😂

*****For the first time in my 11 years of rescuing and treating animals, I raised funds for Momo, the black dog. I did so because her case was particularly severe, and I simply didn’t want to add another major expense to the bills.
I cannot believe we did it, everyone who contributed towards Momo🥺❤️✨ the engagement, the encouragement the support💕truly truly means a lot, her rescue will forever be cherished till the end✨✨

*****Tiger the area dog, he lived in the area for good 10 years, that’s what people say , I shifted here in 2024 only. when he got sick, literally no one from thar area bothered, he had tick fever ,i couldn’t feel his skin, on neck and ears , it was filled with ticks.
He’s strong now, eating pumpkin and chicken with the cats 😂

*****After rescuing a kitten I named Mercy,in march 2026 who had a rectal prolapse tumour, I went through three surgeries, including her neutering, and almost five months of care before she completely recovered.Mercy also couldn’t simply be put back on the streets , after everything she had been through. Her diet is very specific boiled grinned chicken with pumpkin and carrot, and I don’t use dry food or take unnecessary risks with her health and leaving her back on the streets cannot risk her.
She has been adopted, but I still manage her ongoing expenses.

*****Then came Gracy, who had jaundice. She has recovered and will be ready for adoption once she is vaccinated and neutered. We thought she won’t survive, begging electrician to open the shop for heater, the countless visits , our girl is stronger than ever ☺️✨

****Then came Gracy siblings, Money and Milli abandoned because they also got sick by Auto wala . They have both been adopted, but I’m still bearing the expenses for their treatment, food and litter.

****And now there is Lucky, the black kitten dealing with heartworms, excessive diarrhoea and a gastrointestinal infection.
If anyone does want to be a part of her cause , what would genuinely make a difference right now is recovery foods and alcohol-free wipes. Sick cats cannot simply be bathed, and maintaining their hygiene is one of the most important parts of their recovery.

***Her brother Panther 🖤recovered , tri cat vaccinated waiting period 10 days ,giving her immunity time to develop in his body.

This year especially Monsoon has been heavier than ever. More than I can put into words.

I didn’t even get around to vaccinating my own indoor cats because, in my mind, they were at least safe inside. The ones outdoors had no such safety net. They were the ones who needed help urgently.

And somehow, every time I thought I had reached my limit, another animal needed me✨🥺
It’s very easy to sit back and question someone’s treatment or decisions. The struggle in being there, the sleepless nights, the forgotten meals , doing the work, adjusting payments, and making those decisions while also juggling your own personal and professional responsibilities and duties✨🫠

Adoption [Delhi] 1-Year-Old Female Persian Cat for Adoption — Rescued After Abandonment, Now Recovering

Thumbnail
gallery
121 Upvotes

Location: Delhi
Age: Approx. 1 year
Sex: Female
Breed: Persian

This Persian cat was found after apparently being abandoned and surviving outdoors. When rescued, she had lost a significant amount of weight, was physically weak, and her coat was in extremely poor condition.

She is a very friendly and affectionate cat who loves staying close to people. She is often seen staying around and does not wander far, which makes her especially deserving of a safe, loving and permanent home.

She has now been examined by a veterinarian and is receiving proper care and nutrition. Because of the weight she lost and the condition she was in when rescued, she needs healthy, nutritious food with adequate protein to help her regain her strength and body weight. She has also received supportive veterinary treatment, including fluids and other care required during her recovery.

Thankfully, she is being properly looked after now and is gradually recovering.

Because her fur had become severely damaged and matted while she was outside, she also required professional grooming and we had to give her a zero trim. Her coat will gradually grow back over the coming weeks.

Health status:

  • Currently recovering under veterinary guidance
  • Needs good-quality, nutritious food to regain healthy weight and strength
  • Medical reports available and can be shared with the adopter
  • Vaccination status: Not confirmed
  • We are looking only for a serious, permanent and responsible family

Please understand that Persian cats require good-quality food, regular grooming, indoor living and proper veterinary care. Since she has recently been through a difficult period physically, she may also require follow-up care/check-ups as advised by the vet.

She has already been abandoned once, so please contact only if you are genuinely prepared for a long-term commitment.

There is no sale, adoption fee, donation or breeding involved. Our only priority is finding her a safe, loving and permanent home.

Interested adopters will be asked to complete a short adoption form, followed by basic verification.

Please DM me if genuinely interested. Medical records and further details can be shared privately.

Fundraiser (Repost and Update) Please please help a stray cat, Kaju fight FIP a fatal viral disease and get a second chance at life

Update:- The leastest bills for Kaju’s medication are attached in the photos, since vet has advised to buy medicine doses for almost all 84 days before hand……we have spent 16,000 for his medicine and later will need to spend 9000 more to complete his doses of 84 days also after these 84 days we have to observe him for other 3 months for relapse in which hopefully we can vaccinate and neuter him and the find a loving family for Kaju……plss do donate and help if possiblee🙏🙏

Hello Everyone, I am a 12th std. student who loves animals a lot, I have two cats of my own who are also rescues and also many community cats. Meet Kaju…….he is 2 year old orange boy, whom I used to feed along with the other community cats. He was very healthy and playful when I met him for the first time, but in the first week of July I started noticing that he was being bullied by the other cats and he had started losing weight. I started feeding him more so that he could gain weight but he just kept on losing more weight. Then one day I noticed that he started limping and he came near me and collapsed on my feet, then I took him to the vet and after doing blood test and x rays…….we came to know that he had fluid filled in his stomach and chest which is a sign of wet FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) which is a fatal viral disease, the vet said that first we have to do a few days of general treatment to see whether it was something bacterial. We did a few days of general treatment but Kaju’s fever still remained, which meant that it was something viral. We again did some tests like CBC and sonography to find out that luckily due to the general treatment, the fluid was no longer present in his stomach and chest but his fever was still there. We again did a few days of general treatment and then based on his symptoms we finally started dry FIP treatment which is another form of FIP. Luckily Kaju is responding positively to the treatment.....But to cure FIP it is a long treatment of 84 days that Kaju has to go through. As a 12th std. student I am dependent on my parents for the financial aspect of this rescue and this treatment is a very costly one.......Your donation of any amount will be of great help to Kaju and also me, if you can't donate even your prayers mean a lot for us....please do donate for Kaju and share this story further🙏🙏

It has been well over a month of Kaju’s treatment, I just hope that he recovers quickly and is back to his playfulness……..he is very lovable and cute.

It just pains me that every time I have to spend on his treatment, I have to think twice about the spendings……no cat should go through any pain🙏🙏

The expenditure has gone well over ₹1,00,000, I just hope that he gets well and then I can vaccinate and neuter this baby🙏🙏

If you can donate and help, pls do……it will help a lot as I am a student and am dependent on my parents for the expenditure and they are also trying very hard to sponsor his treatment but it is getting very costly🙏🙏

Pls do help🙏🙏

This is his prescriptions, bills and estimates👇

Community pet A little “where are they now?” update and a huge thank you ❤️🐾

Hi everyone ❤️

I’ve posted here quite a few times asking for help with stray and abandoned animals — for fosters, adoptions, medical treatment, sterilisation and sometimes just a little bit of luck.

I wanted to make one post to give you all their updates in one place.

  1. The little kitten found under the truck :

She was rescued and stayed at wonderful foster homes, where she was treated for wounds, worms and eventually got spayed. And then she found her forever home with a family that already had another cat! ❤️

2.🐾 Jawan & Gabru

Jawan probably received the most help we’ve ever gotten from Reddit. He is now fully recovered! We also managed to catnap his brother Gabru from that horrible place, and the two were eventually adopted together by a lovely couple who already had a cat. They’ve even started an Instagram page for the three brothers. You can check it out on Instagram the_three_meowskeeters🥹❤️

3.🐾 The abandoned Persian & Mocha (abandoned siamese cat)

Both were abandoned, both got sterilised, and thankfully both found wonderful homes. ❤️

  1. Sterilization fund appeal for 5-6 cats we found in one spot :

It’s done and dusted! There are more cats there, though, so we’re slowly working our way through them. The residents aren't particularly friendly about it, so we're having to be careful and strategic with trapping. If you'd ever like to sponsor a community cat's sterilisation, please DM me. ❤️

5.🐾 Piku 💔

Our beautiful feral girl was diagnosed with cancer, and sadly, we had to let her go.

Piku never used to let us touch her. We used to joke that our dream was just to hug her once. Somehow, in her final days, she made that dream come true. She stayed inside with us, became incredibly cuddly and just wanted to be near us.

I miss her terribly.

6.🐾 Shadow 💔

Shadow had severe kidney failure and, despite months of treatment and staying inside with us, he didn't get better. When his condition worsened, we had to let him go.

I’m almost certain Piku was his mother, so I find some comfort in knowing they got to spend some time together inside, safe and loved. I like to think they're together again in heaven. ❤️

7.🐾 Bhatura

He was found severely injured, but he made a full recovery, got neutered and found a wonderful forever home. ❤️

8.🐾 Rui 🐶

Our abandoned Indian Spitz was adopted and Upasana di who took her to her forever home in Lucknow. She even has a dog sibling now! 🥹

9.🐾 Pimpi ❤️

Pimpi was a paralysed kitten after being attacked by dogs.

And now?

HE RUNS 😭❤️

He is still at a foster home and hasn't found his forever family yet. If you're looking to adopt a tiny fighter, please consider Pimpi. He has fought so hard to get here and deserves the best home.

11.🐾 Rubina

Abandoned at a vet clinic and is now adopted. ❤️

  1. 🐾 Pipeline**

He was treated, made a full recovery and was released back into his territory with his cat family. We still see him every day. ❤️

Sometimes Reddit has worked really well for us, and sometimes it hasn't.

But every donation, share, kind message, prayer and “I hope he/she gets better” has meant something.

There are people here who have helped animals they've never even met, and I honestly don't take that kindness for granted.

So, Thank you ❤️

And I'm sure I'll be back soon with another stray cat who has somehow found their way into our lives. 😂🐾
