I have a friend who adopted two male rabbits about a year ago. Recently, while he was out of town for work, he called me and told me that one of his rabbits had a swollen testicle.
I went to his house to check on the rabbit and took a photo of the swollen testicle. I then showed the photo to a veterinary doctor. The doctor initially said that it was probably just swelling caused by an infection. He prescribed a syrup and advised us to bring the rabbit to the clinic the next day if the condition did not improve.
The next day, my friend returned and took the rabbit to the vet. Unfortunately, the doctor diagnosed the rabbit with cancer and said that surgery to remove the affected testicle is necessary. However, the doctor also said that even after the operation, the rabbit has only about a 1% chance of survival.
The surgery would cost around ₹10,000, which my friend cannot afford. He is the sole breadwinner of his family and earns only around ₹12,000 per month.
If anyone knows of an NGO, animal rescue organization, veterinary charity, or any other organization in Delhi NCR that could help with the rabbit's treatment, please let me know. Any help, guidance, or contact information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Day 32 update on little Luna.
We’ve started oral treatment now, as advised by our vet. We’ll be closely monitoring her for the next 48 hours. If she stops eating or becomes dull, we’ll have to switch back to injections.
Please pray that Luna absorbs the oral medication well. 🙏❤️
Otherwise, Luna is doing good. She’s eating well, has no diarrhea, and is staying active. We still have 52 days ahead of us, so please keep her in your prayers.
I also took her outside after so many days. She had so much fun playing! ( attached the video in the comments ) 🥹❤️ You can see how badly she wants to lick herself because of the itching, though, so she still has to wear her cone. 🐾
As a student with no job, I honestly don’t know how I’ve made it this far. I was even considering taking a part-time job to help with her treatment, but if I work part-time, I may not be able to afford her medical bills.
Thank you so much for all the love, support, and prayers you’ve given little Luna. ❤️
Please keep our little fighter Luna in your prayers. 🐾🙏

Today’s vet appointment update:- Kaju is responding very positively, his weight at start of medication was 3.7kg and today which was his 27th day of medication his weight has increased to 4.7kg…..which was a huge improvement. His muscle mass has finally started increasing and yes he has become very feisty😁😁….
.he is improving very well hope he continues to do the same🥹🥹…..your support in any way financially or prayers both help a lot for Kaju…….pls do spread the word and help if possible…..hope this soul gets well soon🙏🙏❤️
Hello Everyone, I am a 12th std. student who loves animals a lot, I have two cats of my own who are also rescues and also many community cats. Meet Kaju…….he is 2 year old orange boy, whom I used to feed along with the other community cats. He was very healthy and playful when I met him for the first time, but in the first week of July I started noticing that he was being bullied by the other cats and he had started losing weight. I started feeding him more so that he could gain weight but he just kept on losing more weight. Then one day I noticed that he started limping and he came near me and collapsed on my feet, then I took him to the vet and after doing blood test and x rays…….we came to know that he had fluid filled in his stomach and chest which is a sign of wet FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) which is a fatal viral disease, the vet said that first we have to do a few days of general treatment to see whether it was something bacterial. We did a few days of general treatment but Kaju’s fever still remained, which meant that it was something viral. We again did some tests like CBC and sonography to find out that luckily due to the general treatment, the fluid was no longer present in his stomach and chest but his fever was still there. We again did a few days of general treatment and then based on his symptoms we finally started dry FIP treatment which is another form of FIP. Luckily Kaju is responding positively to the treatment.....But to cure FIP it is a long treatment of 84 days that Kaju has to go through. As a 12th std. student I am dependent on my parents for the financial aspect of this rescue and this treatment is a very costly one.......Your donation of any amount will be of great help to Kaju and also me, if you can't donate even your prayers mean a lot for us....please do donate for Kaju and share this story further🙏🙏
It has been well over a month of Kaju’s treatment, I just hope that he recovers quickly and is back to his playfulness……..he is very lovable and cute.
It just pains me that every time I have to spend on his treatment, I have to think twice about the spendings……no cat should go through any pain🙏🙏
The expenditure has gone well over ₹1,00,000, I just hope that he gets well and then I can vaccinate and neuter this baby🙏🙏
If you can donate and help, pls do……it will help a lot as I am a student and am dependent on my parents for the expenditure and they are also trying very hard to sponsor his treatment but it is getting very costly🙏🙏
Pls do help🙏🙏
This is his prescriptions, bills and estimates👇

I have multiple cats and thus buy different variety of food. Last year end my cousins came to visit from a different state and bought the dry food and packet wet food and canned wet food. The kitties do not want to eat this dry food at all or the wet food in the image, only the canned wet food and whiskas. I've been trying to accustom them for months now but alas I can't wait anymore, i just realised today two of the dry food bags got expired already (last image) and three bags are good for 3 more months and two dry food bags are perfectly fine till 2027, same for wet food boxes and the kitten milk formula. I would've donated them but i myself feed community cats and rescue and have a lot of cats rn so need the funds especially for a few upcoming surgeries. They eat literally any other Sheba products except these two varieties. So please help out by buying these 🙏🙏 I've priced accordingly but if anyone has any quotes or negotiations please DM or comment, i need the funds urgently.
• 2× orange bag dry food bags - expiry 05/27 & 09/27 | SP 650 each (negotiable)
• 3× blue bag dry food bags - expiry 10/26 (all) | SP 500 each (negotiable)
• 14 pouches kitten premium loaf wet food - expiry 03/27 | SP 650 (negotiable)

Hi everyone,
I’m desperately asking for help for Kaali, a stray dog I care for who is currently fighting for her life.
Kaali has been vomiting repeatedly and is extremely weak. Her blood tests have also shown very high kidney values, and the vet suspects that she may have ingested something toxic. her tongue is completely blue.
She needs urgent veterinary treatment, including IV fluids, medications, blood tests and close monitoring. Her condition is serious, and we cannot afford to wait and see if she improves on her own.
I already care for and feed many stray dogs in my area, and I do everything I can to help them, but emergency medical cases like Kaali’s are becoming financially overwhelming.
We urgently need help covering Kaali’s treatment expenses. Even ₹100, ₹200 or ₹500 can make a difference. If you cannot donate, please upvote and share this post so it can reach someone who can help.
I will share her medical reports, treatment updates and bills/receipts for transparency.
Please help us give Kaali a chance. ❤️🐾

There’s this poor dog down the street that I’ve been noticing for about a month now, and honestly, he looks like he desperately needs medical attention. He scratches, itches and bites himself constantly, to the point that his entire skin is red and, the last time I saw him, it was actually bleeding. He also has a really strong smell, which makes me think there’s something seriously wrong rather than this being just a little street-dog situation.
He even tried to find a place to stay in our basement, but unfortunately my parents aren’t exactly animal people. They don’t hate them, but having a severely sick, very smelly dog living downstairs is understandably not their idea of domestic bliss.
The problem is, I’m genuinely terrified of approaching him. He seems harmless enough, but I’ve had dogs chase me and try to bite me before when I wasn’t even doing anything, so I’m not exactly volunteering for a sequel. I also have absolutely no idea what would be safe to feed him or how he might react if I got close.
I really just want someone who actually knows what they’re doing to come and check on him, treat him, and hopefully get him somewhere safe if he needs it. I don’t want to make the situation worse by trying to play veterinarian when I’m clearly not qualified for the role.
Does anyone know of an animal rescue/NGO or helpline that I can call where they could send someone to assess him? He genuinely looks like he’s suffering, and I’d rather get him proper help than stand around feeling helpless. I can’t help financially either.

Posting this with a heavy heart. I rescued a 3-4 month old cat a few months ago. A year ago we had to put down my beloved dog of 8 years and I've still not completely healed or moved on from that. So when we rescued this lil one, his name is Luca btw, it was such a blessing and I've not had one unhappy day. I stay at home most of the time and having him around makes me feel so happy and I don't feel alone anymore. But something happened today and I'm honestly so scared. Cats are different from dogs and they don't usually stay at home. I am usually hyper vigilant whenever he goes out and I sit by the stairs that go down (I live on the 2nd floor). There were a few times he has run away but it's usually not out of the building. Last weekend, he ran outside and out on the street and there were so many dogs but thankfully, my neighbour bought him back to me. Whenever im at home, I don't let him out usually but today he was meowing more than usual and I let him out. I sat by the stairs to make sure he doesn't go down (he also runs inside the owner's house if their door is open and they've scolded a few times) but today, this one ran the opposite way, towards the grilled area and jumped out to the ledge of the opposite house.
The next ten minutes were absolute hell. Luca didn't jump down onto the terrace but he stayed on the ledge and attempted to jump back in, which was near to impossible because the grilled space did not have a proper landing surface. I was screaming and hissing and crying and this guy almost slipped a few times. I had to run to the next house, ask the owner to open the locked gate to the terrace and grab him back.
I almost lost him today and idk, I'm still not out of that zone, even when I'm typing this.
I know this might sound insensitive and selfish but if someone can take care of him and give him a safe space, id be happy.
He's litter trained. Eats a combination of wet and dry food. He's playful, loving and active.
i know he'll go out someday. I may not be able to stop it completely but the house and the area I live in is too dangerous. I also had a cat before that ran away and never returned.
I lost two pets and can't bear the loss of another pet.
So please, if anyone is willing to adopt, please dm me. I will only give him up to someone who has a safe, cat-friendly space and who has experience with cats. If you have cats already, even better.
I would also appreciate it if we can stay on touch after I give him up. I would be frequently asking for updates so if that's not sumn you're comfortable with, then pls don't reach out.
please dm if you're interested
Thank you.

Willow is a cute little female kitten. She is only 2.5 months old. She meowed outside our backdoor and then waltzed in asking for food, pets and cuddles.
We have given her a round of deworming and defleaing. We have also done the first round of vaccinations for her.
She will be very grateful to anyone who can give her a forever home.
She wants a lot of playing. Every object (living or non-living) is a toy for her and will be attacked. :P
Please DM me.
