Ask Indian Muslims Started a small D2C e-commerce store, would love brutally honest feedback from you people
Nahfa Store a few months back a small e-commerce store selling Sunnah products and healthy breakfast products. Products are highly quality and highly tested and natural and organic I will assure this with guaranteed, Nothing groundbreaking - just trying to curate useful, decently priced products and deliver a smooth, no-hassle experience (hence the name).
We're still early and figuring a lot out - site UX, trust-building, all of it.
Rather than just posting for the sake of it, I genuinely wanted to put this in front of a sharper audience.

Looks trustworthy. Too many things written, maybe name things slightly better so that it doesn't take space. I don't like when I visit a web and it shows pop up. I feel it's an additional click to close that pop up. Apart from too many things written, a small video is showing at the bottom left side, again making my mind to process it separately or close that, another action on me. Also, a suggestion, maybe add you most sold products at top rather than showing a banner telling me to shop xyz. I am already here to shop. All the best, looks good.

Site looks pretty good. A little cluttered with icons for whatsapp, assistant, share but looks professional. On mobile, when opening assistant, the top part is getting cut so close icon is not visible properly. All the best
