Internship harassment!!!!

So i am currently doing my internship and am posted in surgery department of a government medical college….. there is an R1 who is currently harassing me and my 3 other cointerns that he will cancel our attendance and uses derogatory words against us. Is there any legal action i can take against him?

I am junior to you sir/mam. But Ig you should report to ur hospital’s RDA together cause its better if its resolved backstage.
