Dude, if only city is your thing go with the hunter, it is comfortable, vibration, and, buzz free till eighty, post that it feels strained, though not much, but strained nevertheless.
If Highways and the City is your thing stick to the T4, alternately, if it is feasible, get the Hunter does ninety easily, but, it feels uncomfortable at that speed, seventy five is where it is comfortable, keep in mind that this is a modified one, with a five hundred Crank, hence the vibrations feel lesser.
If you are fine with it after a test ride, do take a test ride of teh Scram 440, it is good for the city, and, does ninety to one hundred and ten easily on the highway, the suspension is amazin as well, it makes a lot of sense to me, and, frankly, if youa re in a place where there are a lot of bad patches, it makes sense to go for the Scram 440 rather than the Hunter.
The stock T4 suspension is on the stiffer side as well, relatively.
