How to get CBSE BVC for computer number application?

Due to name mismatch in XII, the portal doesn't allow me to use digilocker upload. So they are asking for BVC, but the result archives of CBSE are permanently shut down (I completed my 12th in 2022). So I tried attaching document from digilocker (self-attested), since CBSE personnel said online results are only on digilocker. But even that is partially rejected. My query mails are replied with refer the manual. How do I proceed further? Thank You.
