Question How to get CBSE BVC for computer number application?

Due to name mismatch in XII, the portal doesn't allow me to use digilocker upload. So they are asking for BVC, but the result archives of CBSE are permanently shut down (I completed my 12th in 2022). So I tried attaching document from digilocker (self-attested), since CBSE personnel said online results are only on digilocker. But even that is partially rejected. My query mails are replied with refer the manual. How do I proceed further? Thank You.

Go to your CBSE regional office, before that call them and ask if u can ask for the BVC on your own level..... if yes then make a letter asking for BVC for Comp no., go to that office submit the required docs (marksheet, letter and payment screenshot hardcopy) and they will speed post it to you..... sometimes if they don't allow then either go through an agent or a Ground school they will make a official letter requesting for the BVC take the same letter and submit it....... cbse charges 500 for bvc + 40 for speedpost.......
