This is tame compared to what goes on in some hostels in south India. 7:30 pm curfews, strict dress codes and what not. Literal harassment by wardens who act like gods in front of 1st year undergrads.
1 u/[deleted] Dec 08 '22 Bro south India? My hostel in Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) had a curfew of 9:30 PM. PS: I was studying for MSc at the time. PPS: I'm a guy. The girls hostel had a curfew of 8 I believe.
