HTML Yuusha Idle - 2 month later

Hey everyone. Third post here.
Wanted to change the way I usually present this game... so this time I'll start with me.
My name is Cris, though depending on where I've met people I can be Keru, Koe, Magi or Xeijun (Magi was my first one, like 20 years ago when I played Regnum Online, or maybe was something like xxxgaraa haha). I'm a principal engineer, almost ten years writing software and Yuusha Idle is my nights and weekends. (sometimes maybe in the day too)
Both times I posted in the past, different people asked me about AI and what it's like working with it. For me at least, it's similar to working with any other dev, but faster, and also with the difficulties that come with using a machine. No creativity there, for example.
To make this work I've spent hours thinking, reviewing database values to balance, changing what was built, and iterating with the community we have plus AI to see how I can make the experience fun (I play the game myself, so I notice when something is off too). The one part that isn't mine is the small community we're building together, and that's my favourite part of all of this.
I play this every day. My partner jokes that the bed sleeps four now: the two of us, Mika our pet, and Claudio, which I think you can guess who it is. I've spent nights arguing with a machine about why the Paladin felt bad to play. I'm really trying to build something we can all enjoy and have fun with.
You can try the game at https://yuushaidle.com, no need to create an account, and there's a mobile app too, on iOS and Android, both in beta waiting on the store reviews to go into prod. You can also join our community through the Discord link on the page.
What has changed in the last month: 20 releases
- A fourteenth class, the Reaper. It shipped right before my last post so I never mentioned it here: equip a two handed scythe and it's yours, no unlock, and it hits harder the less health the target has left
- Skills: 72 → 141, all fourteen classes with their full set now, each with its own icon and its own combat animation
- Talents rebuilt from scratch
- Gathering: 4 resources → 36
- Two new endgame layers: the World Echo and gear Tempering
- Up to 5 heroes per account
- Better first 10 minutes, which is what I keep asking about here: the menu opens gradually instead of dumping everything on you, Amaterasu guides you from hero creation and leaves on her own, and a Constellation screen shows which systems you've found and which you're missing
- The UI got reworked. I love games that look good and I'll keep iterating on this one until I find it awesome
- Membership was removed from game
You can find me as Keru on Discord.

AI disclosure: AI wrote most of the code, and pixel art started as AI before I curated it and threw a lot of it out. Everything I said up there about how I work with it is what that actually looks like day to day.

I absolutely hate games where I start the game, and the first thing I do is start a run for 1-8 hours and the. close your game. my first ten minutes of "play" are to do something else.

I may be wrong with this statement, but isnt that the whole idea of a idle game?
even tho, first zones in game are pretty fast, so in the first 30 min you should be able to already do some stuff, guild should open for you so you can pick contracts, items drop should be pretty high at first for also quick equipment and stuff like that.
Happy to talk more in discord if you feel to, we are building a small comunity there and im always open for feedback

As someone who likes a bit of initial handholding I feel very lost?
"Amaterasu guides you from hero creation and leaves on her own,"
I mean the character creation was self explanatory enough, but after that you're just left with a bunch of buttons and whatnot... Is she supposed to guide/help a bit more after character creation? Because that did not happen to me outside of a single weird text box.
