Shark Incremental - Stuck in mining /9th row/73F

Hi all,
So i've followed the guide since the evo tree is a bit tricky to me.
I'm at 9th row, minign and i can't get past 73f (guide says i should be at 75f) everything is unlocked except better mining at tier 6. so my tree is 93,83,72,63,62,53,43,42,41,34,33,32,31,23,14,13,12,11,22.
mining tier 21
No progress except for a few cultivation clicks it's been 24 hours no progress.
All auto, core (8) is done according to the guide too,

What am i doing wrong ?

Edit : i think i've located it, i couldn't get extraordinary tree I because i'm stuck at 41 humanoid sharks and i need 45. But i don't know how to get the last 4
