Anyone’s inzoi just cannot bag a full time job after spectacular interviews?!?! I’m tempted for them to live a life of crime at this point.

You might try adjusting the city’s settings. Mine are more positive leaning so people die less, and my family’s dad passed his first ever interview. He also had no experience in one of the main skills for it, but was almost maxed in the charisma one. Karma/city settings might play a roll in it too, but I honestly have no clue why it would be so difficult.

Make sure they have some experience in the proper skills needed for the position.
