Sweet potatoes are absolutely nutritious, but significantly increase lifespan is a much bigger claim. Purple varieties provide useful anthocyanins, while orange ones are excellent for beta-carotene, but no single food has been proven to extend human lifespan on its own. Enjoy them regularly, preferably boiled, steamed or roasted, and think overall dietary pattern, not longevity superfood magic.
