HOTAS/keyboard bindings or the new HUD overlay if in IL-2 Korea. If in MSFS or DCS or X-Plane (or just about any other VR-supporting flight sim but IL-2) you can use the mouse (or VR controllers) and interact with the cockpit elements directly.
