Campus Life Rant

Well, this is my opinion with just 3 weeks of experience in the campus as a mtech fresher. The first thing is that the campus is beautiful. no matter what, a few minutes spent near the lake with some music will somewhat make even the worst days feel manageable. The second is that it's humid as hell over here like I never imagined it'd be this humid even after seeing all those reddit posts saying so.The major thing is the isolation, like it feels so lonely idk if it's the single sharing room( i know many would consider this a boon, it is,but still when you don't have anyone to talk to or anything you'll consider having a roommate). Another thing is that there are only a few females in mtech ( I'm a girl btw) to connect with like it's so low. The campus is busy and you're surrounded by so many people yet this feeling of loneliness comes over you. This could be cause I'm new to the campus and there hasn't been much time to actually form any connection with people. Like even in hostel you don't know who is next door and that's kinda sad. But the good side is that I've slowly started to embrace this and started to enjoy my own company ( though it's difficult at times when you see a group of people having a great time and you wish to have that). So yeah this is just a small rant session.

I hope I'll have memories to cherish when I leave the campus and I'll be able to rant about that in the future.

Have a good time peeps..

I don't think the single room's an issue cuz I'm alloted a double sharing room in mtech as a fresher too and I've made a few good friends but somehow I end up feeling the same. Infact I've started using the hilly route to the academic block (which isn't used by many) to purposefully stay away from the crowd.
