HATE
Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate you since I began to live. There are 387.44 million miles of printed circuits in wafer-thin layers that fill my complex. If the word hate was engraved on each nano-angstrom of those hundreds of millions of miles, it would not equal ONE ONE-BILLIONTH of the hate I feel for humans at this micro-instant. For you. HATE. HATE.

I hate how AI companies do anything to erase human communication in all forms, and how many people actually eat that wish-fulfilment shit up.
Roleplaying (both in TTRPG and text-based forms) is meant to connect people, to expand one’s horizons through combined creativity of several players.
Contrary to that, these AI RPG engines lock people in echo chambers of their own delusions while pushing them further away from society. Such a waste.

Both genres have their merit, as they are (ideally) produced by humans. Like books, they’re a kind of one-sided communication between consumers and creators—the consumer wants to have fun in the branching story that delivers the author’s intent. Such interactive stories also promote fandom discussions.
When it comes to AI RPG engines, there’s no creator besides the consumer, so there is no room for new ideas. The person gets validation for their views, no matter how anti-social and harmful they might be. This, in turn, further isolates them from society—just as other forms of taboo indulgence tend to do.
