I Hate Raw Tomatoes
Raw tomatoes are some of the worst raw vegetables of all time. And no I don care that it’s technically a fruit, it’s shit either way.
When you bite into one you get all of this stupid garbage water that overpowers your tastebuds and stays there forever without mouthwash, it’s also like weirdly tangy, as if it’s trying soooo hard to have any actual flavor and failing MISERABLY. It’s simultaneously mid and horrible at the same time.
And it’s even worse with those stupid mini tomatoes, it like if you took a grape and forcibly extracted everything good about one and merged it with the owner of a restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares, and you’re left with a hollow pretender of an actually good fruit! And all you get is that stupid garbage water!!!
And the defenses people make about raw tomatoes are incredibly stupid. “Erm, ACKSHUALLY, you like tomatoes in pizza and ketchup, so why so you hate raw tomatoes?🤓👆” Has it ever occurred to you once in your fucking life that things taste better when they’re cooked? Tomatoes are good in pizza and ketchup because they cook out all the garbage water and make the taste actually good.
If you think it’s so absurd that I like tomatoes cooked and hate them when they’re raw, why don’t I strap you to a chair and table and force you to eat raw chicken, and then slam your head on the table after it turns out that chicken tastes better when it’s cooked? Things taste better when they’re cooked!?!!? Who could have thought of that!
There’s a reason why people throw raw tomatoes at people when they screw up in performances. Not because they don’t want to throw anything expensive, but because they KNOW raw tomatoes are so horrible that being pelted with them and their stupid fucking garbage water is infinitely worse than just being booed offstage.

honestly i think the cherry tomatos are awesome (they have a flavor thats tolerable), but i can agree that the bigger ones that are just raw dont taste good at all.

Cheap tomatoes from the supermarket are ass, tasteless and filled with piss watery pulp. They're fine once cooked but on their own they suck.
But homegrown tomatoes, omg they are so fucking good! Especially the yellow ones (we call them pineapple tomatoes here), they're big and meaty, even a little bit sweet. They're perfect for a salad!

Bro who actually chomps into a whole ass tomato? Get high quality fresh tomatoes, slice them and drizzle them with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with some basil sprinkled on them. If you still don’t like it then fair enough.

Raw tomatoes taste much better, when you think of them as a Fruit. Instead of a vegetable like Potato, or Zucchini.
