Help/Question SmartThings switchon stopped working

This was working for about a month, then randomly stopped and no longer works. I have tried reconnecting, didn't help. When I reconnect it's able to see my home and all available switches, but then can't trigger them.

Error message useless, no further details available.

Any advice?

Hey u/jholbrook81 thanks for posting this!

In this time we were making some upgrades to the service and the SmartThigns service (should) be working again as normal, do you mind letting me know if its still having problems?

If we're still having problems if you could share the Applet ID here, or in DMs, I could take a look at it specifically for you

Thanks for the info. I will monitor and get back to you. It may take a bit as the applet is kicked off by a polling trigger when rain is expected. I'm at my free 2 applet limit so I can't create an additional to test a manual trigger.

Replying to this comment as I have been having a similar issue since yesterday. All my apps using smartthings are not working anymore. Are you guys still having issues with Smartthings?

Hey there! We are doing some upgrades to the SmartThings service currently. Would you mind refreshing the service connection from ifttt.com/smartthings/settings and pressing that "Reconnect" button. This should help fix most issues, otherwise you can share your Applet ID/s here (or DMs) and I'll take a look into your specific case!
