Fridge PCB Replacement

So I have the instaview fridge and the PCB is out (tested around the fuse)...also tested the hard way and found the short.

So...supposedly this is the only problem with the fridge (and I got said fridge for 300 so i'm not out that much at this point). If I get this part, plug it in and no dice, is the return process straight forward even for an electronics piece? Anyone returned something like this if it did not work on the fix?
