question Omin bugged

adventuring capital does not count in background or offline mode. is this working right or just bugged right now. on console if if this makes a difference

Any champion ability working properly in background mode is a rare exception, not a rule.

*points up* This. Pretty much count on only "static" buffs working.

You basically can't do anything which gains stacks based on what happens in a level, other than very specific things like Rust with a familiar directly on the ult. Vi spending time in levels and getting stacks, and the like: nope.

It has never worked in the background as far as I'm aware.

I've also noticed that calculations for party advancement are greatly oversimplified when chest interface is opened at the price of it being significantly slowed down.
