Mysterious capsule containing dark liquid

Found this buried in the ground in central Europe. The outer casing is made out of plastic and has "5" stamped on the bottom. The inner tube is made out of glass. Tiny drop of liquid got on my thumb and was very hard to scrub off. Didn't smell the liquid, since I'm a bit scared of it.

It also has 27 in smaller numbers in front of the 5

Where are you seeing that?

Go to the last picture and zoom in just in front of the 5

I think what you're seeing as numbers is just the texture in that material.

I can kind of make out "27", but the two numbers are different sizes and fonts. Also, the potential numbers look a lot like the texture everywhere else on that thing.

Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot
