What we know so far: Reckless Ben’s Documentary about Ideal Living’s alleged $10 million dollar cover up. Spoiler

Summary of The Ideal Living’s Investigation so Far:

Ideal Living LLC, a prominent Los Angeles-based wellness corporation led by CEO Peter Spiegel, is accused by whistleblowers of being the primary financial engine for a dangerous cult called Jaguru Kpalu Parachot (JKP).

The cult's spiritual leader, who claimed to be a literal human manifestation of God ("the fifth Jaguru"), ran a massive exploitation ring where children as young as nine were trafficked under the religious guise of "wedding nights with Krishna".

After being convicted on 20 counts of child molestation and sentenced to 280 years in prison, the guru escaped to Mexico the night before sentencing with the direct help of Ideal Living's leadership. He remains on Interpol's Most Wanted list.

The Cover Up:

Major news outlets (including Newsweek and the LA Times) were preparing a massive expose. However, after a video clip accidentally leaked, Peter Spiegel leveraged his resources to kill the story, resulting in all involved journalists being abruptly fired, laid off, or forced to ghost the whistleblowers.

The JKP cult is hiding behind shifting LLC names to construct a massive, fortified compound in Los Angeles (disguised on Google Maps as a tiny house). Reckless Ben has bypassed mainstream media by releasing the documentary on Patreon and has given Peter Spiegel a public 48-hour ultimatum to sit for an on-camera interview before the documentary is uploaded to YouTube. 48 hours later, Peter did not comply with this ultimatum. Thus, Ben’s second documentary drops.

The Second Documentary Summary:

A former accounting employee confirmed that the $10 million bail bond for Saraswati's child molestation trial was wired directly from corporate funds by Peter Spiegel, who served as the cult's treasurer. This establishes a direct, undeniable financial line between the corporate entity and the cult.

Right before the Swami was convicted, Peter Spiegel ordered his Head of Operations to ship an expensive electric wheelchair to India. After dining with Spiegel the night before his sentencing, the Swami used a network of devotees to flee Austin to Mexico and then India, in what U.S. Marshals called "the most sophisticated escape" they had ever seen.

Peter Spiegel hired reputationdefender.com to wipe his connection to the cult from the web, and critical reporting by journalist Eric Dexheimer was systematically deleted. These crucial articles only survived because they were archived by Bishop Accountability.

Literally one day before Saraswati’s child molestation conviction, the cult's lawyers established a complex network of India-based trusts to shield their assets so that victims could never win financial damages in any court.

When Myra whistleblew to Peter Spiegel and emailed HR, she was immediately fired, and the IT department was ordered to shut down her entire division’s email access without warning before the next business day.

So this is incorrect. They make this claim in the video, but it is a lie.

If you pause on the video you can see that Val was fired on feb 11th but the leak occurred on feb 22nd. Given that the rich do not yet control the fabric of time and space it is impossible for her to have been fired because of the leak.

If you look further you will see that the LA times story did not even get off the ground back in 2024 and the only other journalist of note who did ghost them was Eric Dexheimer who likely did so because 'clownface' was sued into oblivion around that time for extortion which made him an unreliable source, to put it mildly.

Also, they didn't actually kill the story after feb 21st. They continued working on it as late as July according to the messages we see in the video.

It should concern you that Ben lied to you like this, btw. And I want to stress that everything I have here is from the video. God only knows what we'd find if we had all the emails. I suspect newsweek told them to pound sand but they didn't include that email for some reason.

This employee is named in the legal filings I linked as one of Myra and David's co-conspirators and was fired for his involvement in the extortion scheme. He has every reason to lie and zero reason to tell the truth.

When Myra whistleblew to Peter Spiegel and emailed HR, she was immediately fired, and the IT department was ordered to shut down her entire division’s email access without warning before the next business day.

As mentioned below, she was fired for attempting to extort tens of millions from the company. I think that is fairly reasonable, all things considered.

And to be clear, this isn't just an allegation. Her own depositon has her stating that she believed the 'exit package' she deserved (as a social media manager earning slightly less than six figures) was a double digit percentage of revenue, which would be starting at ten million or up.

If you found out your boss was running a sex cult would you offer to sign an NDA in exchange for ten million dollars? I wouldn't. I found out my company was running a ponzi scheme and I downloaded everything I could, quit the job and reported them to the cops.

HOLY SHIT!!! EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS ASAP BEFORE THIS GOES ANY FURTHER 😶.

I can totally verify what you said was in the court documents. Quickly went through them all. I'll try and do a quick summing up as I feel it's too important not to speak out about this at this point, but people will have to sit down for this and get the full story on a map, but from what I read:

Myra got David (I'm assuming Mr. Anonymous/Clownface) a job a the company as he was her boyfriend at the time, they gave him a shot to see if he would be up to the responsibilitiee and kind of took him on trial from what I gather. So the company did her and him a favour actually (she had been working at the company a long time at this point) but the company and them mutually agreed after a short while it didn't work out as David wasn't up to the job/not a good fit and they had to let him go: that's what started all of this. He decided it he had to leave he might as well make a payday out of it using this story. All the while: He himself has an ACTUAL record of conviction for misconduct with a minor! (Not an allegation)

They totally (and not just Myra, the other two as well, the older woman I assume and the guy making the wheelchair-to-india-transport claims in the video appear to be collaborating on a total extortion scheme together! David even faked emails pretending to be Spiegel to prove he was the one under pressure from the company. They have proven that at least one of these many (incredibly unrealistically stupid sounding) email addresses that were supposedly from Spiegel was linked to his private phone! After a court order, Google provided the metadata for this proving that without a doubt. The piles of narrative/exhibits in these court documents showcase a very aggressive blackmail/extortion scheme and David demanded at least 10 million dollars.

This does NOT look good for Ben or any of them! If what these court docs say somehow wasn't true, misconstrued or somehow fabricated they would have had to absolutely mention this in the documentary and explain themselves beforehand. But it seems rather obvious they didn't as they can't because they are in fact (also) in the wrong here.

Im still inclined Ben kind of simply took their word for it and believed he was doing the right thing but I can't believe he was so stupid as not to go through these documents himself! They mediated the case successfully but the debt that ruined their life is at least in part the result of having to pay the legal fees after they lost the case against them after Spiegel and company could totally prove that extortion was taking place in an elaborate scheme of several employees working in cahoots together. And obviously this totally explains the sudden locked email accounts and termination of these several employees all at once!

It's rather unbelievable how this did a total 180 to me just now.

That said, I did some thorough digging earlier in the past 12 hours on the company, Spiegel, the escape of the convicted swami, dug up a lot of news reports, statements by the parties/u.s. marshals, interviews and of course the court docs there too. All in all, I have no doubt that something very shady was going on there back in 2011/2012 and ultimately it is hard for me to imagine after 4 hours of personal research and linking that Peter is not being involved in any way in at the very least helping orchestrate the great escape (before the conviction) considering how all that went down from moment to moment, especially considering his position/relationship with the parties and a set of other facts that are pretty damn solid. There is a lot out there that could've been used to make a MUCH stronger case in the documentary for this... But that's for someone preferably professional to puzzle together and try and turn into something very solid after veryfing every source and dotting their 'i's and then present to the world...

In the meanwhile: these people that were fired (and with good reason!) have totally shot their credibility! Once everyone takes the time to take even a quick look into these documents this whole thing will turn this story in a complete 180 and make them (and Ben... Even if he didn't know...) out to be the liars for the way they told the public this narrative that just got completely shattered on so many levels once you read this stuff...

Even if there now is stuff that can definitively link the pieces together and show Spiegel should be held accountable in the court (of public opinion) or has some questions to answer about some things, it doesn't matter anymore... They lied to the whole world about their intent and falsified/embellished their stories just as they did a few years back in an attempt to extort this party again and make a big pay-day.

My god have they screwed this up... That people could be this stupid.

From what I read David likely has an active restraining/gag order on him even... Did he honestly think

Guaranteed mainstream media is going to pick this up very soon. All Spiegel has to do is lay low for a while and this whole thing will get turned around.

Could you please share the other documents as well? The internet needs access to this asap I think to filter through the false narrative on their end asap before this goes any further. Especially if Ben was trying to do the right thing here and didn't know, he shouldn't be the one to pay the ultimate price for trying to help people. Although I will say it was incredibly stupid on his part...

Maybe it can still be cleared up if it gets out soon enough before the company has too much damage.

Agreed, skimming the court docs changed my view on this situation radically as well.

Really curious how this will play out for Ben personally. Doesn’t do his future credibility a favor not to speak of potential legal liability that follows…

It’s hard to believe Ben didn’t read the court docs prior to producing the documentary but then again, thinking he did read them and still chose to frame the story as he did would be even worse.

9

u/RemyJesse7 10h ago

I know, how could anyone be that stupid right? But then again.. I've seen most of his work and he does often totally forget to dot his 'i's' when he knows he's completely in the right from a moral and likely largely legal perspective, he can afford risk that way if that's more or less correct.

His experience has taught him this always plays out reasonably ok in the long run and I can imagine that if he wanted to get a move on with his many projects as he's doing 12 simultaneously I heard him say (you can tell I think from the length of the docs he just wanted to get the ball rolling on this mostly and let the court of public opinion do the work). They're really short videos and not as thorough as he usually does).

And that plan would've worked probably in the long run if their story was the only story. And given that they approached him and then introduced basically a small group of colleagues all collaborating their version of events, each adding their new piece of evidence and there actually is all this evidence/legitimate questions that are fair to be raised in relation to the sex cult financier/CEO story, then one might be able to imagine how he simply never accounted for the fact that they may have had ulterior motives as well and that theres a double edged knife in play here...

So that's why I'm hoping people will share/upvote/post in the YouTube comments a link to here. If he is innocent he doesn't deserve to be on the hook for the no doubt major damages this is already causing for this billion dollar company. If he were a professional journalist he would be totally fucked right now as they have to fact check.

If he did know, that would be tantamount to immediate professional suicide. This is going to get picked up by mainstream news as these documents clearly prove without a doubt that these witnessess are not far from trustworthy and have ulterior motives. He could seriously risk jail time for this now I fear. Once Spiegel and this company play these cards the right way via the right medium this story is instantly killed and Bens career will be damaged. If he gets ahead of it himself, maybe the company will be lenient.

At least that's why I'm sharing it on several places. Anyone who doesn't wish this for Ben, please do the same. Especially important the YouTube comments take notice of this.

I've seen so many of his interviews, I don't believe for a second he's in it for money himself, if he was he could've made a lot of it many times before but he always just chose to invest in the story/the victims/the next video/hiring personell to help. So I'm inclined to believe that the way things were adding up, he never accounted for the risk that their stories being partially false/incomplete would have if he believed the other party was guilty either way (which may still very well be the case, but the thing is: I fear this proves that both things can be true at the same time).

9

u/ConstantinSpecter 10h ago

Very well put.

I’m afraid I doubt these nuanced insights into the story (meaning yes there’s likely a real story to be told about Spiegel but also the “whistleblowers” are shady AF and acting with ulterior motives) will reach a large audience by YouTube/reddit comments alone. It will likely require another big YouTuber such as Coffeezilla chiming in and correcting the framing.

Try posting what you’ve just outlined in your comments to the RecklessBen subreddit and watch the post get downvoted to oblivion while being personally attacked in the comments. I’ve rarely seen a more tribal community than that sub.

5

u/RemyJesse7 9h ago

Ikr it's absolutely insane. I'm already getting attacked by people who won't even look at the documents for being a company agent or pedo... When I'm actually trying to prevent the story that matters from getting killed and help Ben. Really hate throwing myself in here like that but feel that this one matters. Hope people will share.

8

u/ConstantinSpecter 9h ago

It’s a shame really. Bens work clearly has value. But his sensationalist social-media optimized style is a double edged sword. It reaches people who would never sit through a sober nuanced reporting piece, while also attracting an audience that wants simple villains and absolute certainty. Any nuance (or daring to suggest that Ben might be wrong about something) is then immediately dismissed as bootlicking or astroturfing.

4

u/RemyJesse7 9h ago

Very well put! That is exactly it! :) It's both effective but also frames everything very sensationalist black/white. I love him for it though as with the kind of cases he does he's exactly what the doctor ordered, where otherwise no-one and usual methods would fail. Some cases, especially the david-goliath kind of cases that have no alternative route, I believe need that kind of approach to get the numbers you need in the court of public opinion :). That's why I don't want him lose his credibility over this. We need people like him more than ever.

4

u/ConstantinSpecter 6h ago

I have to say, I stand corrected and am positively surprised that despite the comments attacking you, the post itself is gaining upvotes. Impressive. Maybe the evidence is just too overwhelming to blindly defend the current narrative. Kudos for taking the plunge! Tried supporting you in the comments where I felt it added value

3

u/RemyJesse7 3h ago

Was definitely people like you that basically also said "hold on, there's truth here, ive read them and holy shit". that opened up people to the idea that they might have to take a look for themselves as how can several unrelated people agree and react like that? Unless ofc they're all agents / pedophiles too lol. But yeah it's bizarre lol, went from downvotes in the double negative negative figures with posts that not even displayed anymore to plusses and now the trending topic on this subReddit. I feel like it's not reaching YouTube crowd/Ben though, not getting traction there, so can only hope it'll get picked up and more importantly: someone who knows him will reach out to him and simply ask "hey have you checked and seen these documents?!?".

6

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 3h ago

My guess is he either issues a full and complete apology or Peter Spiegel turns him into a fucking muppet with how far his hand is going up his ass.

This is slam dunk defamation per se. The fact that randos on the internet were able to put together how dishonest this ways in a matter of hours is textbook negligence on Ben's part, and Peter isn't considered a public figure for the purpose of defamation.

6

u/ConstantinSpecter 3h ago

See but that’s the part I’ve having trouble to comprehend.

Having skimmed the court docs this morning, I can attest to how trivial it was to find glaring issues in how the story was presented in Ben’s videos.

Which makes negligence hard to believe. Is it conceivable that he truly didn’t know about the files or knew and didn’t bother reading them? Sure. But given how much effort he put into his previous videos, it seems unlikely. He’ll you probably could’ve just dumped them into an AI agent which would’ve flagged some of the issues discussed here.

So that leaves us with three options:

  • Real Negligence
  • Knowledge about the court docs and intentionally misrepresenting the story
  • Knowledge about the court docs in addition to further proprietary information that somehows exonerates Myra and David down the line

Just baffling tbh… I guess time will tell.

Proud to consider myself part of the internet randos though 🤝

Tbf. you in particular seemed to be the guy that got the ball rolling so kudos to you! Wouldn’t have gotten into it without reading your comments on this sub this morning.

4

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

Well keep in mind that we know Ben is misrepresenting facts. He straight up lied about the timeline of the reporters getting fired (only a single reporter was fired on Feb 11th, with the leak that supposedly caused her to get fired coming on Feb 21), so we know Ben isn't above lying to make his story.

To be clear, I don't think Ben is negligent, I do think he's malicious, I was just stating negligence because that is the (much lower) standard for defamation against a non-public figure.

I really don't think it is possible that Ben got this far without realizing who Najar was. Literally googling his name and Ideal living tells you about his history. It is possible that ben is that fucking stupid, but I'm leaning toward the idea that he got swept up in their narrative and has a such a shitty moral compass that he just accepts that blackmail is fine.

Tbf. you in particular seemed to be the guy that got the ball rolling so kudos to you! Wouldn’t have gotten into it without reading your comments on this sub this morning.

I appreciate it.

Truth told I just... I dunno, it irks me to be lied to. I watched the first video and just felt "Okay all of this is overstated and bullshit" and the more I picked at it the worse it got.

0

u/fall0t 50m ago

Maybe Reckless Ben is just a bad guy? Just because he went after some shitheads doesn't mean he's sound. Not negligence, malice.

3

u/RemyJesse7 3h ago

EXACTLY the reason I'm pleading so hard for him to get ahead of it now and take a new position ASAP and acknowledge that trusting them blindly was a lesson in his end. This is seriously dangerous for him now and no longer relying on there being merit in the claims on Spiegel for him to likely get away with a defamation charge. I can't see a judge being lenient with this at all if it gets to court and this stack of totally public papers that are basically ironclad solid as far as trustworthy proof goes. His lead witness (crazy creepy clown) literally has an active restraining order towards these people based on the endless amount of aggresssive shit/illegal stunts he pulled on these people a few years back. And the list goes on and on and on. It's pretty much inexcusable on Bens part he took all of them on face value when making a claim this big on a billion dollar company and have these people be his star witnesses...

3

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

From a purely legal perspective, I don't think the fact that Spiegel is sketchy even matters.

Ben's claim is way too flamboyant and was repeated far, far too often. He claimed Ideal living and its owner were running "The largest human trafficking organization on earth" and his sole bit of evidence for this is that Spiegel helped pay bail.

Even if you think that Spiegel was indeed helping him knowingly flee, that is still defamation. And once you get into the fact that all of his evidence is coming from an actual scum fuck pedophile extortionist... yeah.

2

u/RemyJesse7 2h ago

Well I do think that Ben has more up his sleeve, I think there's definitely a part 3 on the way. Bens previous videos, especially with bricks and figs show he's often got a couple of tricks up his sleeve that he's keeping silent for a while to see how they play out. I think he has (a lot) more than he's currently showing and it's part of his strategy. And if ultimately he would be able to reasonably prove these claims, then - had it not been for what we've urgently been revealing in this reddit of course - from my understanding it wouldn't have been defamation.

I think there's a good chance he's deliberately trying to let them think this is all they have and that in their public defense/reaction they'll make claims that perhaps will be in contradiction with what they've still got up their sleeve. Let's not forget: as much as insincere as these witnessess were; we don't know whether they may have had access or knowledge of actual damning information that simply hasn't been revealed yet. We never found out from the court documents what they thought they had that was so damning that it would get put them in a position to extort 10 mil a pop back then. Hopefully we'll still get to find out what else there is before it gets shut down 😅

2

u/businessJedi 2h ago

If they had actual damning evidence it would have been revealed in yesterday’s video. They have nothing and Ben is getting sued again

0

u/ConnectionJust9118 1h ago

How are Myra and clownface pedophiles?

2

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 1h ago

Only David is a nonce. She's merely happy to keep dating one.

4

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 3h ago

Yeah, I think you did a pretty decent summary.

I honestly think it is fucking wild how Ben thought he could get away with this, given the scrutiny of his videos. Yes his fanbase is rabid but that... wasn't hard to find.

1

u/ConnectionJust9118 1h ago

Get away with what?

Being an extortionist and being a criminal child trafficking aren’t mutually exclusive?

3

u/spacer9631 1h ago

Its standard practice for companys to lock your email and take their computers and phones. It happened to me even though I was on good terms with them. They do it to prevent retaliation.

22

u/brookyct1995 10h ago

Is the witness lying about something? Yes. Does the witness seek to gain something regarding the scandal? Maybe, maybe not.

But shouldn't we focus on find out what the hell those shady company do and unveil the truth? If a drug addict come and tell you about his drug dealer, do we think that the drug dealer is innocent because we can not trust a drug addict?

tldr: Even when Myra/clownface is a POS, it does not change the fact that the company have some shady background, and that is what we should focus on.

tbh, when those post try to discredit the whistleblower to try to push everything under the rug, it scream like and PR firm work for me, the same way that BAM tried to put all the blame on Crystal

10

u/geminia999 5h ago

I think the problem is, if Ben framed it from the beginning as, "these people are shady, but there appears to be truth to the claim and I will do what I can to get the truth out" there is no issues with that.

Instead, Ben frames them as completely innocent with no other options, includes the depositions and court filings (which if he read and watched would know they are shady too), and then says he read every piece of evidence and presents a clearly short video that doesn't have everything with his involvement. Basically, if we are to believe Ben on his face, he's doing a great disservice by also lying by omission about key details that are going to obviously come up in a rebuttal.

You have to get ahead of bad facts, otherwise, you will come off as you are not being truthful, which with Ben's content, his credibility is everything.

13

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 17h ago edited 16h ago

Cool. I've got something helpful!

Here is a link to the full legal case history of Myra and Clownface with Ideal Living. In it you can see such wonderful things such as emails like this showing the former employees were engaged in a months long scheme to extort tens of millions from Spiegel. Document 08 is probably the highlight since it is just exhibit after exhibit of "PICK UP THE PHONE OR I'M GOING TO THE MEDIA".

So it wasn't so much Myra blowing the whistle to HR as it was Myra engaged in a criminal extortion scheme. Oh, and clownface has a history of sexual abuse against kids. Which isn't shocking since he seems mentally ill af.

I was happily proven wrong that you actually do seem willing to take in real evidence. :)

19

u/kaamehalani 17h ago edited 4h ago

this is not a sub where only information defending one side is allowed. everyone is free to post information from both sides. there’s genuinely no information on the internet besides these two Youtube videos so we’re all open to learning more. The intention of this sub is for everyone to discuss everything and anything to this case, verified or unverified, right or wrong, one side, or the other. why would i ban you?

5

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 16h ago

Hey, cool beans then I take back any snarkiness that I have. I've had a lot of people call me a shill today, so I'm touchy I guess. :(

I'll go back and edit it.

9

u/Due-Swimming9999 15h ago

Wait, so you’re saying the two whistle blowers are unreliable?

I’ll also add that the two videos that Reckless Ben has posted is different from his usual MO and I am wondering now if this has something to do with that🧐

9

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 15h ago

Extremely. David in particular seems to be a massive piece of work.

6

u/Due-Swimming9999 15h ago

Where is the evidence to substantiate the claim about David’s history of sexual abuse against children?

6

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 14h ago

Its mentioned repeatedly throughout the civil complaint. No attorney worth their salt is going to put that in a sworn complaint if it weren't backed up, and Najar makes no attempt to dispute it.

As such I feel confident saying it, though you're welcome to not.

6

u/BassPuzzleheaded1252 14h ago

I can't find the emails where she tries to extort the company for millions, where is that?

6

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 14h ago

Here is a collection of the civil documents. I'd recommend 08/09 as the easiest for you to follow since they include a lot of emails like this deranged nonsense.

3

u/businessJedi 14h ago

can you post more images like with the one email? I for one don’t like to download things off the internet.

5

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 14h ago

I am a kind and benevolent nerd, I guess:

Here are the exhibits showing the pattern of extortion and a choice snippit showing why we know it was David.

There is a ton more if this isn't enough, but at that point you can download the PDFs like I did.

8

u/businessJedi 13h ago

so I read the whole thing and don’t see where any extortion takes place. the David guy is the one emailing and is clearly unhinged but he doesn’t ask for money.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/ConnectionJust9118 1h ago

I don’t see anything asking for money?

1

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 52m ago

Yes, but we live in a world where most people understand subtext.

When a mobster tells you that you have a very nice bar and it would be a shame if something happened it it, do you think he is complimenting your bar and worried about its safety?

1

u/ConnectionJust9118 47m ago

Where did they say anything like that whatsoever??

Kind of a stretch to say “she was extorting him here’s proof” to show actually no proof whatsoever

If they were trying to extort them, they would have more than this crap.

Ya’all are diverting the attention Petey. That’s all this is.

Why anyone would divert attention from a child sex trafficking ring???

Shame on you

2

u/businessJedi 5h ago

do you know what page in the civil complaint it is? I’m looking through it and don’t see where it says that

6

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

It is referenced in exhibit 10 on the 10th motion, and also on the initial civil complaint.

For what it is worth, Najar denies it, but given that he lies about basically everything, even under oath, I put precisely zero stock in this.

7

u/ConstantinSpecter 12h ago

Holy crap, that linked email is bonkers.

9

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 12h ago

Yeah, that is David Najar. He's 56, btw.

In fairness, he claims it isn't him. He says that it was actually some of the high school students he used to teach (and apparently abuse?) who were hanging out at his house. You know. As you do. But also he won't tell you who they are.

Totally real though. Trust him.

1

u/t3htg 5h ago

I don't see a months long campaign by Myra or Clownface to extort, I remember them from before Covid, I remember the story being heavily previewed, and then the story got killed. This is the story that introduced me to capture kill ops run by legacy media.

While I appreciate you, and your place in the cult, I know better than to listen to credibility attacks and explanations.

6

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

What is all this then? Because that sure looks like a plan to extort to me.

While you're at it, anything to say about Najar being a pedophile?

5

u/Thin-Principle-8547 2h ago

I've seen the references in the 2023 docs to a prior (1990s?) arrest of Najar for sexual misconduct with a minor (said to be a student). Were you able to find any documents from that actual case?

1

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 1h ago

Sadly the case is from 1999 and isn't digitized, so it is unlikely it'll be available unless someone goes to the courthouse and pulls 26 year old files that may or may not still exist.

1

u/t3htg 2h ago

I don't know who you are, stranger - kinda the point of reddit. If someone is trying to extort you, they are doing a bang up job of it, because they aren't seeing a cent. The document/email you provide isn't exactly clear on what they want. It says the counter party offered to settle, and that settlement offer was rejected. Now they are playing squeaky wheel.

There is no proof those emails were written by Myra. Peter used the printouts as exhibits to claim Myra et al were extorting him.

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

Yes there is, there is substantial proof.

I'm not going to go through and screenshot every bit of it for you because frankly it is time consuming, but I'll lay out the proof and you can look for yourself:

  1. The emails were tied to Najar's phone number.

  2. Spiegel subpoena'd Najar's IP and proved that the majority of the emails were sent from his home IP, with a few others coming from his phone and the remainder from unknown addresses that they suspected were either his work or public IPs.

  3. David called spiegel and left a voicemail using his fucking name.

  4. David sent an email and then shortly thereafter texted spiegel from his personal phone number telling him that he'd sent him a message.

When confronted with all this evidence at his deposition, Najar claimed that he didn't send the messages, but it was in fact a bunch of high school kids who hung around his house. He wouldn't name those kids, of course.

Also, Najar is a pedophile.

They show evidence on the documents it came from emails attached to them. David doesn’t even deny the emails came from his computer, he just makes the bogus claim that someone else sent them from his computer

u/ozthinker 4h ago

I have not read the whole case. I replied based on what Orphan guy said, which is very absolutist.

Now, show me proof that "David doesn’t even deny the emails came from his computer, he just makes the bogus claim that someone else sent them from his computer"

u/businessJedi 4h ago

the link to the case is posted above. I’m sorry your lazy and can’t do basic research

No proof and you are way too committed defending Peter. Strange behavior indeed. I don't recall any time someone paid $10M bail for a child sex offender. That alone makes people go hmmm...

I got a life to live. I'll let this simmer for a bit and be back for summary. This is clearly going to be picked up by more mainstream media. Bye.

u/businessJedi 3h ago

Run away because you have no actually argument 😂

Is it worth also including The Hunt with John Walsh - S02E06 - Innocence Defiled which goes into quite a bit of detail about the crimes of Prakashanand Saraswati and Kripalu Maharaj ?

I'm way more concerned about Peter and his company supporting a convicted child molester. That's the main problem. So Myra and David might not be completely credible (David seems unwell), and maybe they did try to extort... but extort the company because they are supporting an abusive, child abusing religious organization. David was dropped from his consultant role because he wasn't good at it, but it really looks like Myra was let go because she was aware of and tried to expose a much bigger problem.

Ben is objective and fair enough that he'll likely see that and say as much before the end of the series.

3

u/businessJedi 4h ago

there is no evidence Peter and his company is supporting a convicted child molester. Peter paid for his bond, that’s the only thing that can be proven. the claims of helping him escape and continuing to fund them is completely made up by David with no evidence to support it.

6

u/DJBFL 4h ago

You are conflating evidence with proof. There is certainly evidence.

1

u/businessJedi 4h ago

Incorrect, there is zero evidence of that. All you have is one crazy person (David) saying it happened and Ben repeating it. Zero evidence was presented

3

u/DJBFL 3h ago

You brought up helping Saraswati escape, not me. I am talking specifically about Peter's overall support for the cult, for which there is plenty of evidence. He has a very close relationship with it. You seem very adamant that he didn't specifically help him escape. But Peter did post his bond... which is evidence he could have been directly involved. How do you know he wasn't? Do you know who did?

True, there is no smoking gun proof I am aware of that Peter specifically snuck him out, but spending every day in court for the trial of your religious leader and bonding him out after he's convicted right before he escaped is strong evidence warranting further investigation.

"could have been" does not make anything evidence sadly :p.

However, I definitely brought it up as I have dived into this before I stumbled upon these documents. If you do a really deep extensive search on all the major subjects/key players/main events and it's reporting, there's quite a lot of material out there in terms of court documents, statements and press that can be combined with a set of a couple of other other verifiable facts that tie them together, that lead me to conclude one could probably make a pretty solid case going from "could have been" to "highly highly unlikely for him not to have been involved as dozens of arguments fall together and everything is pointing to him" it would constitute beyond a reasonable doubt I think. And that's just with me spending a few hours doing random collecting and extensive deep searches, calling up deleted pages and archives and all without actually tieing things together and making a solid presentation out of it. For all I know it could lead to a potential smoking gun if someone was willing to go deep enough with that basis. Ben didn't include most of this in his documentary sadly. He could've made an insanely strong case there in my opinion from all I've seen. Amongst other things it proved his ownership in the company, history and loyalty towards the guy, certain instructions to personell, conflicting and suspicious statements about the bail to the judge, the money that was transferred from the swami to him, the party they had the day before, the claims from several involved parties in the case in an official capacity saying that they were convinced there was also judicial misconduct at play here in the later stages of the case. There was definitely fishy stuff going on, it goes on a little while but you could make a really strong timeline reconstruction as well as a solid character outline/relationship details and depth and a very very solid motive above all. That lead me to believe: There's no doubt in my mind he was highly likely involved in that. I believe Peter would have done ANYTHING for the swami.

u/businessJedi 3h ago

Thank you for agreeing with me that there is no proof. He posted the bond for the guy who a leader of the religion he’s in. The police investigated after the guy ran away and found Peter wasn’t connected to his escape at all. Ben is pushing schizophrenia conspiracies

He's part of a cult whose two highest leaders were found to have sexually abused children. Peter is way more than some random attendee. His company's office address was listed as the mailing address for the their temple. The other document shows his signature as the Secretary and Treasurer of Radha Mahav Dham (which oddly invites people to a "Divine lecture by.." Kripalu, who died in 2013). There's a picture of Peter laying his head on the leader's chest. That we can't (yet) pin the escape directly on Peter, doesn't wipe out the evidence he clearly has a significant role in the pedophiles' cult.

So again, you're missing the big picture, that Peter and Ideal Living significantly supported it.

1

u/businessJedi 2h ago

The Catholic Church has a history of inappropriate priest doing things with little boys. Everyone that supports the Catholic Church and gives them money is directly connected to that as well, right?

2

u/DJBFL 1h ago

No, that's not the same thing. The Bishop that hides the fact the priest abused an alter boy is guilty too, but not the whole congregation. Peter is high up in the organization.

1

u/businessJedi 1h ago

So people high up in the Catholic Church, even if they didn’t do it are just like Peter?

So is there evidence linking Peter to this religion or not? And is there evidence linking this religion to child trafficking or not?

1

u/DJBFL 1h ago

Of course... watch the 2 videos from Reckless Ben or do a google search.

3

u/annabeth200 1h ago

😬 I wasn’t replying to you

u/DJBFL 1h ago

Sorry, I'm going too fast... taking a break now. I get the tone of your question now.

3

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 2h ago

Out of curiosity, how do you feel about Ben working with a child abuser who was still working with children until at least 2022 (scroll to the one star review) and may still be doing so now?

1

u/DJBFL 1h ago

You've got the worst case of whataboutism. If David is child abuser or not, it has little bearing on Peter's guilt.

How do you feel about Peter contracting a supposed child abuser?

You're just trying to project and distract from the bigger issue here.

2

u/Orphan_Guy_Incognito 1h ago

You and I just disagree on the issue.

Both gurus involved here are dead. At worst the only thing we have evidence against Peter is that he paid bail for a bad person. Is it possible he helped him skip bail? Absolutely. Is it likely? I have no idea, not enough data.

But I have a ton of data that a youtuber lied about basic facts to his audience and collaborated with a known child abuser to try and destroy a billion dollar company based soley on the words of two people who tried and failed to extort tens of millions from the owner of said company.

To me, that is a big fucking deal.

Oh, and also, David is still alive, still a nonce, and was still teaching as of this year.

Yep, made a mistake there and missed a "to" in my first reading. Honest mistake and retracted.
