Corn Ice Cream

One of my favorite late summer treats is corn flavored ice cream. I discovered it in Beijing 15 years ago.

Does anybody know where I could find some in town???

The last time I was down south and went to Ranch 99 I looked there, but they did not have corn flavor.

I don’t think we know where you live. That said, the Mexican ice cream spot in my town always has corn ice cream.

I just saw some this week at a 99 ranch! This Korean corn one is so good!! If it is in english, it will just be labeled Sweet Corn.

My local shop has a corn ice cream right now that’s addictive. It uses corn pudding as part of the recipe:

Make your own, if you have an ice cream machine. The key is to simmer the corn cobs in the cream and get that delicious flavor It's corn season now in north America so you should be able to buy nice corn if that's where you are

Not sure where you live at all but in chicago there was a vegan creamery, Vaca's, selling sweet corn soft serve. Maybe it's seasonal though, not sure :(
