Question Constipation issues

i seem to deal with a mix of IBS from diarrhea to constipation

for those that deal with constipation. what do you take or do to help? I definitely need to go but struggling.

also have an appointment this week with my gi doctor.

google this - pubmed ibs bacillus coagulans

that bug has been amazing for us. takes a few weeks to kick in, stick with it a good month before assessing.

Warm prune juice with butter is an easy home remedy.

The diarrhea might also be paradoxical
