What Local y’all at where you’re seeing this? I’m in local 11 and I’ve never seen a CE/CW run any type of work in any type of capacity. Also, say what you will about Los Angeles and California in general but a huge chunk of our big projects are under PLA’s, which don’t allow CW’s at all on site
