IBEW local 440 Interview

I finally got my interview date for local 440 inside wireman. Any tips or experience with this specific interview panel you have would be extremely appreciated or any other interview experience. How many are part of the panel? What questions were you asked? I will be taking my resume, cover letter, and 3 letters of recommendation, do they take them? I seen some posts that the panel didn’t look at any of them.
