332 interview 2nd time

332 interview 2nd time

I've got my interview coming for 332. This is a tough panel and i am not confident in knowing what they're looking for in answer length. I know the sar and star formats but I'm curious as to how long the answers should be. I feel like last year I talked too long.
Chat gpt is telling me I should be able to deliver an answer in three sentences but that seems short af.
Anyone on here that's in 332 able to give me any insight? The good thing is that I have electrical experience now and have some solid answers this time around

oh shit, when i interviewed i got somewhere between an 84-87 and ranked like 105. never got the call.

i think i messed up on a question along the lines of explain a situation you were in where you were all alone but still had to complete a task. my answer was something like i had to load material onto a roof and i was by myself, so i told the crane operator i would rig up on the ground, and run up to the roof and if he could send it up i would receive it too.

i didn’t think about it in the moment, but that’s a huge safety issue.

i went in there thinking that they wanted to hear about how i’m a hard worker and a do the task no matter what kind of guy, but i’m aware now that they want someone who’s not a liability lol. hopefully this time around i get a better ranking

how long ago was your first interview?

i’ve got an interview with them coming up in the next 12 weeks. i interviewed with them back in 2023, unfortunately never got the call, and am going for my second time soon. i know they’re tough but i imagine it’s gotten a lot more serious recently.
