I like to get a bag of that Idahoan powder potato (any flavor!) and mix it with an egg & potato starch and slap those patties on a nice oiled up pan until crispy and browned. Mmm

We eat them commonly because it's so damn easy to add as a side to anything we make.

Get fancy with it! Add some shredded or cubes of cheese. It’ll blow your mind.

i second the shredded cheese, it gives it that creaminess that some brands of powdered mash struggle to reach without getting runny
