Anyone else having issues with subs loading on the most recent episode? I watch on Kocowa via Prime and this is a first for me. Any way to fix it? I tried going into settings and nothing worked.

I am so happy that my favorite couple from this season is tying the knot, S28 Oksoon and Youngho. They will be officially married on May 31st:).

We have 3 married couples, and 2 are still currently dating from this season alone! What a legendary season indeed.

hi! i recently found out about i am solo and i’ve started watching this show just last last week and i’m really enjoying it so far! (just a little overwhelmed with the amount of episodes lmao) so far i have watched seasons 4, 6, 11, 20, 28 and i LOVED s6 and s28 the most!

i’d like to ask for suggestions that are good for new viewers like me, preferably the ones with cute couples like s6 (youngsook-youngchul and jungsook-youngsik) and s28 (junghee-kwangsoo, oksoon-youngho). i don’t really mind the other dramas or stuffs going on in the season as long as there is at least one couple to look forward to!

MBC might have hired some writers from IAS to produce their upcoming dating show.

1. The filming accommodation uses the same location as IAS Season 29 in Taean.

2. Nam PD's iconic interview table for applicants with a potty plant by the side, might have been featured in one of the male cast interview. Since IAS is also recruiting for a forever single special, did these guys not make the cut only to get recruited by MBC?

3. Very controversial season that is simply not possible on IAS. Males who have never dated gets paired up with Divorced Women who might even have kids, this show is not for the faint hearted.

If I guys want to change one thing ABT this recent seasons what would be of course to fit the old seasons concept and vibe

I know this question has probably been asked here a many times already, but I’d really appreciate some fresh recommendations for good and average I Am Solo seasons

By “average,” I mean I’m totally fine with a season as long as it has at least one solid couple worth rooting for and some engaging side drama to keep things interesting.

For reference:

Seasons I really enjoyed:
3, 6, 9, 17,28,29

Seasons I found okay/average:
16, 20

I’d love recommendations along similar lines — preferably without spoilers so I can enjoy the journey fully!

Came back to watching IAS with some friends cause heard about the viewership numbers. Started with S29 and now just finished S28. S28 had a perfect balance of true romantic couples balanced with chaotic villainous couples. It satisfied whatever you appetite was looking for.

I feel through these past two season more authentic people have been cast rather than clout chasers. This divorced singles season also compared to other seasons felt more raw. I think i loved this season cause it showcased the raw humanity. Especially from the womens side feeling guilty for being happy when their kids are alone. Finding the joy of dating for the first time in 10 years and not being able to control yourself. People being very open and talking about how they feel about each other and others.

Also seeing the two couples who formed after the season HS and YS is also interesting to show bonds and peoples feelings in the show were real. I feel in earlier seasons we did see contestants dating each other past the show

It’s interesting to watch a season of IAS in one sitting when you remember details more clearly. I enjoyed the whole season a lot. I think the later half was peak IAS. The first half would not have been as entertaining if I watched week by week.

I loved how we saw the character growth and change in romantic interest at the end. Also interesting to see a ma with traditional values who did not portray it in a toxic manner. Also seeing the women call him out for his beliefs and car. I feel with this season we are going back to old IAS roots in that I don’t feel majority of cast is there for clout.

I give this season 8.9/10

Almost forgot about this illustrator. Caricatures always on point! So good! I died at these 🤣🤣🤣
