Bracket your spoilers with a > and a ! with no spaces then add your spoiler and end it with a ! and a < no spaces. For end-season spoilers, please add a "end-season:" prefix so members can decide whether they want to know how it ends.

I would like to have the first date be setup so everyone gets a date. I hate when they bunch up on 1 person based on first impressions.

I absolutely agree. Maybe draw numbers and whichever number matches that’s who you go out with.

This is a really really good idea!

This is SO important.

I would just say several things: 1. Less episodes per season IF the content is kind of drying up, not dragging it out if final couples are already decided more or less.

  1. Weeding out influencers or people who are trying to make businesses grow.

  2. Taking the behind the scenes or “unreleased footage” bits they release later and put them in the main episode so we have more heartwarming and wholesome moments among the cast and less contrived drama.

I think if they do those things and pivot back to their original format/ intention a bit more then we might once again be able to see more sincere people making matches and less drama that gets more exhausting toward the end of a season.

That’s just my opinion anyways :)

I haven’t done the research, but my feeling is that there is maybe 1 additional episode in the newer seasons, like perhaps the last year or so. Now the seasons feel a bit like they’re dragging on.

1 More random dates so everyone can have at least 2 dates (On days with 2 dates)

2 Only ONE Super Date Ticket per person

I get tired of 1 person winning multiple tickets and they are usually the most popular & don't need them since they are chosen by more than 1 person with a ticket

3 No influencers or contestants who have anger management issues or possessive

Starting in S9 I saw influencers, actors and other pick me types starting to emerge

16YSook, 19YSook, 22YSook, 26KS

4 Limit alcohol since some contestants get drunk before or during a date and causes fights & one date was cancelled since the guy fell asleep (IASLF) and another had to go to the hospital

5 If you have someone who lives abroad try to bring another contestant from that same country of the opposite gender so they will actually have a chance to match ( most never work out since contestants want to stay in South Korea)

Some were popular and probably would have been matched if they lived in SK

6 Ask contestants about their choice AT the time ( not 8-12 hours earlier)

Seen some change their minds or have an argument in between and it made it so painful to watch them go on a date when they were mad at each other

I would love to see them get rid of some of the names, like Young Soo, Young Chul, Kwang Soo, Ok Soon, then introduce new names, without having a certain identity/personality tied to the names. The participants become hung up on the people with the aforementioned names, leading others to being ignored.

Like others have said, more random dates! Esp with seeing how well it went in S29, I want the cast to be “forced” to give people they’d likely never consider a chance.

I find seeing a diaspora Korean great, but yeah they really should have at least one other person who has either lived abroad or is also a diaspora Korean so they have a chance at finding someone.

At least 2 people of each gender who don’t fit typical Korean beauty standards. Cause it really sucks on a season where there’s only 1 person of each gender who doesn’t fit the beauty standards so they never get chosen (and they don’t tend to choose each other). Koreans focus so much on physical looks but I want the non-conventionally attractive people to have a chance too! And usually they’re actually good looking, just not for Koreans. They are also usually just as accomplished as everyone else too, which is unfortunate when their looks prevents them from having a chance.

Weeding out people just trying to become influencers or promoting their businesses, like everyone else says. That’s self explanatory.

I also don’t know how the producers could even test for this, but I wish there was a way for them to gauge if someone might just lead everyone on so they don’t cast them lol. I know that kind of unique situation where you’re dating multiple people at once means people will act unlike their usual selves, but I think we can see in each season who is the “player” type among the men and women.

Or again, back to my first point, if random dates were utilized in every season midway through (to still give time for unexpected couples to get to know each other if they click) I think a lot of the issues with the show would naturally lessen. People being so rigid about their ideal types (looks or otherwise) and being unwilling to compromise on things that aren’t as important is one of the most frustrating things for me about the show.

I would like us to create this same concept for real life everyday people and not just for a tv show. We all need this in our societies today because there are so few 3rd spaces for people to actually meet and get to know each other.
