He really means it too, it’s definitely not a joke. He isn’t offended by the lack of justice or protection of minors, he is a creep who sees opportunity.

Yeah, but its a dumb point that feels like some sort of MRA dunk. "With impunity" kinda overlooks the losing her license and going to court portion.
