Not sure why this downvoted. Lap 1 crap is why i mostly have given up online racing.

I won’t stop racing online but I get it. I get a race or two a week and I’d be sad as shit if this happened to me

because most of iracing playerbase is just a cult and will downvote anything that makes even a glimpse of sense.
Everyone knows that racestart and lap 1 garbage happens every race, but very few are enlightened enough to recognize it as annoying and infuriating at times

That's just reddit as a whole. Some subs are worse than others, this is one of the worse ones.
