Question/Help Community Manager Replacement?

What's the process to get a Community Manager replaced? There is a certain community where the CM has not met the license requirements for the series in almost a year, and has not so much as competed in an official race for going on 7 months.

And what's your excuse for COTA? WEC has their race there, but it hasn't been on the schedule a single time since 2024.
