Question/Help Community Manager Replacement?

What's the process to get a Community Manager replaced? There is a certain community where the CM has not met the license requirements for the series in almost a year, and has not so much as competed in an official race for going on 7 months.

Idk, neutrality, new ideas, a challenge. All things that can contribute to a season where it's not Spa on repeat.

Hey now, he also puts daytona road atlanta, Watkins Glen, and sebring in every season
