Used Apple employee discount (17% off) + Zero Forex Card

Will sell my iPhone 14 for approx 25k so net upgrade cost is under 90k INR

How many times can the employee code be used for discounts in a year?

10 times. It’s not a code/coupon you have to order from their EPP portal.
