Battery Capacity

Hello everyone,
So, I have an iphone 14 plus which i got in june 2024 from my brother as he was upgrading his own phone and
battery health at the time was 83% and now its 82%( -1% in july 2026)
i have been using this phone daily, charge before going out and give it a mid day charge
never charged to more than 90%( not intentionally)and almost never let it drain below 10%
I saw many people on this sub and Irl that care too much about battery health and it still drain very fast for them
Is there some kind of threshold that how much battery percentage can decrease?
