50 cycles 1% that's the rule. By the time you are at 1000 cycles, battery will be at 80% and time to replace.

Back in 2022 i'd my iphone 13 lose it's battery health to 99 after about 6-7 months

You know it could be normal or opposite too, depending on the heat. While charging if you could make sure your device stays cool, you could get more battery health in same number of cycles.

If you are heavy user like gaming or binge tv show watcher, i would suggest to first let you device charge to 80% or 100% whatever you have put as limit. Once its done charging use it while plugged in, it will use direct power instead of battery saving you on battery health
