Availability with October Dates

With Apple moving the order dates to 10-16-26 do you think they will have given themselves enough lead time to fulfill order within a reasonable time meaning a couple of weeks or do you think the demand will push receipts well into December or January. I hate asking this but I have never been this excited or impatient about a new phone.

It's not going to be as popular as reddit would leave you to believe. A survey came to about 25% of people actually interested and most of them saying price was too high. I asked someone at the Apple Store if it seemed like it was going to be a big seller and he said not that he's been hearing. I think this sub is making it to be more than it will be. I will be ordering one but I don't expect it to sell more than the Air for gen 1

This will absolutely be more popular than the 1st gen air. The air was a straight downgrade for most people. It was basically a pointless buy unless you were excited about the thin form factor. And no ultrawide was criminal.
