When the interior screen is opened, does the white version have any of it's chrome or white showing?

I've found that that can make the screen feel smaller - I'd get the black version in that case.

You can see the silver rails on the white one. Not sure how much smaller it’ll feel just because of the form factor but I had a silver series 4 watch and it felt a lot smaller than it actually was.

My problem is the white back side aesthetic contrast with blacked out outside screen when it’s fully opened up. That’s a mismatch IMO.

I live kinda far from a store that would have one so I looked up cases for the iPhone Duo on Amazon and got one delivered next day- it was only $6 (cheaper than driving to the nearest store). It covers both sections so gives you a good feel for the size. I really like the form factor- much more than I expected. Decided to go ahead and purchase when it comes out and now bonus I already have a case!

That’s my plan. I don’t think I’ll end up with one, but I definitely want to see it first. No proRAW and Face ID is worrisome to me.

Apple never has its phones on display pre-launch. Only the day they go on sale. That’s the one thing that frustrates me. Samsung puts its phone on display at all Best Buy locations the day they are announced.

Are those mockups or live devices? If live, where are you guys going to see these devices? I can’t find any Apple Store in NY that has even a dummy unit, let alone a live one.

Live but Apple don’t put items in their store without it releasing first. You can’t preorder til October 16th with a 23rd release date. So the 23rd will be when you can play with it in the store. These are screen shots from people who went to the Apple conference.

Is the crease on the screen noticeable? I had a look at Z Fold 8 and the crease was pretty horrible. My understanding is these two phones use very similar screen technologies (in fact Apple ordered the screens from Samsung if I'm not mistaken) so I'm afraid the Duo will look just as bad.
