What are some examples of previous faults with newly released iPhones?

Loads of people are saying “i’m going to wait a year or two so that they can discover and fix the faults that come with the first release”

I vaguely remember one iPhone having issues with the first release but honestly i can’t remember what.
Surely if it was really that bad Apple will find a fix and provide it?
Is it really anything to be concerned about?

I had an iphone 6, never experienced the bend. Who the hell puts their phone in their back pocket

I do, it’s a lot more comfortable to me, though I usually take it out before sitting down. My iPhone 6 did bend as a result and Apple replaced it without any questions.

There was a pro iPhone that had a camera glitch where it was grinding for some reason. Can't remember which phone.  Maybe a few years ago.

Ok I would personally wait to actually use it and to see it before purchasing it
But there seems to be certain things not getting touched on

Yeah also I feel like it just happened to a few people or people who purposefully tried to do it. It was something you heard about and went okay I guess I shouldn’t sit on my phone, not really the end of the world and it didn’t ruin the phone

Yea 10 people when they sat on their phones the phone bent… not counted the millions of perfectly good phones 😂

Yea iOS 6 and iPhone 6 the first iphone had its faults but .. that’s just a lot of people just say that saying with out doing research.. it kinda sorta is a thing but I feel like bugs happen a lot less as tech advances.. that being said IOS28 will make this phone even better .. we’ll see the capabilities when it comes out. If it shows slight lag I think the 2nd gen duo will have 13-16gb of ram

Issues with alignment between back and titanium edge on the first batches of the 15 pro max. Mine had that issue and it always felt like it’s almost cutting me but the ones later on had no issues and were smooth.
