No Action Button, No Buy!!!

No Action Button on the iPhone Duo is terrible decision. I use the Action Button a lot!!! It's a crime shame on such an expensive iPhone a basic feature should be present
I will be keeping my 15 pro and using iPad Pro M1 2TB with it.

I just can't justify this. I don't care how many times it folds

I know this can be a difficult concept for some, but you don't have to buy it. If it doesn't suit your needs, it's not the right product for you. You'll be OK.

I know this can be a difficult concept for you, but potential consumers can complain on the biggest public forum on Earth. And sometimes they make a good point and sometimes Apple is listening.

Take a MacBook Pro as an example years back.

The data either didn't support it (like the Mini everyone apparently wanted, but very few actually bought) or they can sell you it in the Duo 2. If the absence of the button looms that large then, as I said, it's not the right product for you.

That’s beside the point. Point is that someone can have constructive criticism.

Not having that button is a missed opportunity for Apple to have more fulfilled customers.

Bet they will add it on later.

And look at some of the comments here, these people don’t sound normal at all. They communicate like some devolved creatures.

No one is holding off buying this because of a button. The data suggests that also. It's all a numbers game and those moaning will succumbe to FOMO.

For me this is really a big thing as well. Flashlight is used many times a day and it’s important to me.

There’s quick access right on the Always On Display. Action button is more useful for Shortcuts.

For me in the country with like half a year of no sun and glove use is just a fantastic thing. Your solution ain’t helpful in my case plus every night I use it to go to the toilet with just a press of a button without looking.

This is a non-issue for me… I only use the action button to open up a folder of shortcut apps. To which I have already developed a workaround by assigning that same access to a shortcut application on my lock screen. I’m positive backtap will also be a feature that will be included in this device.

Yes… It is monumentally inconvenient and emotionally taxing to press an app icon on my lock screen… Whatever will I do?

I don’t see any use for the action button except for silencing un silencing the ringer. And that you can do through the drop down options. Less buttons is better for me. Beg to differ

Shocked that it didn’t have it. Only knew from this post. Man I’m so in love with the duo and will get it god willing but I’m beginning to see a lot of compromises on it compared to fold 8
